Weather, temperatures and conditions
Winter in Lagos is particularly mild compared to the rest of Europe, making it an ideal destination to escape the cold winter days. The average maximum temperature is around 17°C (65°F), while the minimum is around 9°C (48°F). Cloud cover remains relatively low, and rainfall, although present, is not excessive. There are plenty of sunny days to make the most of outdoor activities. Although the ocean temperature is cooler, it’s still quite suitable for water sports like surfing, especially when wearing a wetsuit.
