You&#8217;ll be greeted by a vast expanse of fine sand, bordered by clear, shallow water. During your visit, you won&#8217;t want to miss the lighthouse, which dominates the landscape. We learned that this landmark building, the island&#8217;s emblem, was built in 1851! <em>Praia do Farol<\/em> is ideal for families, thanks to its peaceful atmosphere and calm waters.
