First of all, so you don’t get lost, Portugal Lovers <\/strong>is the Region Lovers<\/strong> website dedicated to the beautiful country of Portugal.<\/p>\n\n

We are Claire and Emmanuel Robinson<\/strong>, a sister, a brother, a polyglot, a lover of words, a traveler, an epicurean…<\/p>\n\n

Since 2013, Claire<\/a> has been publishing travel guides <\/strong>around the world that have become benchmarks <\/strong>for road-trip lovers. In 2022, Emmanuel<\/a> decided to join her in founding Region Lovers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Our goal? Create dedicated destination sites<\/strong> designed to guide<\/strong> you in your choices<\/strong> through quality content<\/strong> (no sponsoring, trips actually made, structured articles, “real certified” guarantee).<\/p>\n\n

The origins of Region Lovers<\/h2>\n\n

Region Lovers was born in August 2022<\/strong> out of the realization that it was difficult for travelers to easily make the choices<\/strong> that would enable them to build a trip that was just like<\/strong> them.<\/p>\n\n

Too much information, scattered over a multitude of platforms, sponsored content that’s too good to be true, completely egocentric stories, unreadable or out-of-date sites…<\/p>\n\n

We’ve been looking for a new way of blogging that’s<\/strong> both more useful and more ethical, drawing on the lessons learned from Claire’s 10 years of daily practice. You are now reading the result of all this work, and we hope that we meet your expectations!<\/p>\n\n

Our values and commitments<\/h2>\n\n

As you can see, authenticity<\/strong> is at the heart of our approach. We put ourselves in your shoes and share with you what we’ve really<\/strong> seen and experienced.<\/p>\n\n

And to ensure that this contract of trust<\/strong> between you and us is as strong as possible, we are committed to 10 undertakings<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n

  5. Periodically update our articles, with the help of our readers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Enrich our articles with our first-hand experiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Use 99% of our own photos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. To make reasoned and transparent use of the AI tool, which we feed with our locally verified information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Provide information on the traveler\/writer pairing that gave rise to the article.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    We started in Normandy. What could be more logical, having been born there and living there again today! When we were satisfied with the results, we decided to start growing, step by step, to offer you new destinations.<\/p>\n\n
